Download & sign in
Get PartyRadar on the App Store or Google Play. Tap the + button on the map or event list and sign in with Google or Apple — quick, secure, no extra password.

Upload your flyer
Pick your flyer from your gallery or shoot it with the camera. Our system reads it and automatically prefills: title, description, venue, address, date, time, price, age restriction and contact email.

Check & submit
Review all fields, correct anything you want, and submit. You'll get an email confirmation once we receive your event.

We review
Every submission is manually checked — so only real, quality events make it into the app. You'll get an email when approved or if we need something from you.

You're live
Once approved, your event appears on the map and in the event list for everyone searching in your area. With your flyer, all details and exact location.

- Yes — with Google or Apple. This lets us link your events to your account and send you status updates.
- Can I submit without a flyer?
- Yes. If you don't have a flyer, just fill in all fields manually.
- How fast will my event go live?
- We review every submission manually. Once approved, it's immediately visible in the app.
- Where will my event appear?
- On the interactive map and in the event list — for all users searching in your region.
- What happens after the event?
- Past events are automatically removed from the active view.
